The VowVilla project focused on designing an all-in-one wedding planning platform that brings timelines, vendors, budgets, documents, inspiration, and shared collaboration into a single cohesive experience.

The goal was to transform wedding planning from an overwhelming, disjointed process into a calm, intuitive journey: allowing couples to stay organized, communicate effortlessly, and focus more on the meaning of their celebration rather than the chaos behind it.

VowVilla’s MVP is all about turning wedding planning from chaos into calm. The focus is on the core tools couples actually use every day: the ones that keep timelines, vendors, guests, and documents organized without feeling overwhelming.

The platform doesn’t just help couples; it keeps wedding planners in the loop too. Planners receive real-time notifications whenever couples make updates, so they’re always aware of changes without endless emails or messages. At the same time, planners can manage multiple weddings simultaneously, staying organized across clients with one central, intuitive dashboard, MyVilla.
